المُغَالَطَاتُ والسَّفسَطَاتُ المَنْطقيّةُ في بُخَلَاءِ الجَاحِظ Logical Sophistries In The Misers Of Jahid

Résumé: ملخص: تروم الدِّراسة الكشف عن الآليات المنطقيّة في مغالطات بخلاء الجاحظ كنوع من أنواع الحِجاج، حيث تتوفر خطاباتهم على طاقات حجاجيّة، كما أشار إليها الجاحظ في مقدمة "البُخَلَاء"، وهي تهدف إلى إقناع المتلقّين والتّأثير فيهم؛ حيث وجدناهم يَبْرَعُون في توظيف الأساليب الخداعيّة، وعلى رأسها حجاج المغالطة ردّا على النّاس حينما عابوا بخلهم، ومن أبرز المغالطات المنطقية التي استوقفتنا: التّعميم المتسرّع، الرّنجة الحمراء، الحجّة الشّخصية، الاحتكام إلى سُلطة، مناشدة الشّفقة، الاحتكام إلى النّاس، و إلى النّتائج الألفاظ الملقّمة، المنحدر الزّلِق، الإحراج الزّائف، السّبب الزّائف، فتقنيات السّفسطة حققت تمويه المتلقي من خلال عوالم الجدال والمحاججة Abstract: This paper aims at investigating the logical mechanisms in the sophistries found in the book “The Misers” written by Aljahid used as one type of arguments. Because their speeches contain many arguments as mentioned by Aljahid in the Introduction of his book. The goal of these arguments is to convince the recipients and influence them. It was noticed that they are perfect in using the deceptive styles, mainly the misleading arguments, to respond to people who criticized them for their avariciousness. The most noticeable logical sophistries found in “The Misers” are: rapid generalization, red herring, personal argument, appealing to authority, appeal to pity, appealing to trivial people, appeal to consequences, vocalizations, slippery slope, false embarrassment, and false reason. So, logical sophistry techniques have led to disguise the recipient throughout quarrels and argumentations.
