الضغوط المهنية لدى الإطارات العاملة بشركة سونلغاز وهران في ظل بعض المتغيرات الشخصية و المهنية.

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الضغط المهني لدى الإطارات العاملة بشركة سونلغاز وهران، أين تم التعرف على نوع الضغط السائد في المؤسسة والكشف على أثر المتغيرات الشخصية و المهنية (الجنس،الحالة الاجتماعية،مدة العمل) في إحداث الفروق لمستوى الضغط المهني، ولتحقيق ذلك قام الباحثان بتطبيق مقياسSPPNلـــــ Isabelle Hansez »» الذي يشخص نوع الضغوط المهنية إذا كانت سلبية باعتبارها ضغوط مَرضية تؤثر على صحة العامل أو ضغوط إيجابية تحفيزية حيث اعتمد الباحثان على عينة عشوائية بسيطة متكونة من 80 إطار بإتباع خطوات المنهج الاستكشافي الملائم للدراسة و بعد معالجة البيانات باستخدام النسخة 22 للبرنامج الإحصائيSPSS،أفضت نتائج التحليل إلى أن للإطارات مستوى متوسط من الضغط المهني إضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق بين المتزوجين وغير المتزوجين في مستوى الضغط المهني و لم يكن هنالك فروق بين الإطارات باختلاف سنوات الأقدمية في العمل. Abstract The purpose behind this study is to know the level of Professional stress in the exécutives of “Sonalgaz”, where the type of stress prevailing in the institution and the detection of the impact of personal and professional variables (age, sex, marital status, duration of work). They were identified in the differences of level of Professional stress. The researchers applied the SPPN standard for Isabelle Hansez, which diagnoses the type of occupational p stress. Therefore, if it is negative as a satisfactory stress affect the health of the worker or motivational positive stress where the researchers relied on a sample of the purpose of the 80 frames follow the steps descriptive approach appropriate to study and after processing the data Using version 22 of the statistical program SPSS. The results of the analysis led to the exécutives of the average professional level stress with addition to the no existence of differences between married and unmarried Professional stress level, there are no differences between frames in different years of seniority at work
