الاقتصاد والعولمة، ماذا يريد المركز: عولمة الاقتصاد أم اقتصاد العولمة؟

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا المقال الى كشف الاهداف الحقيقية لليبراليين الجدد سدنة العولمة من العولمة الاقتصادية ،وادخال كل دول العالم في هذه اللعبة ،وكيف يعامل المركز (امريكا ومن يدور في فلكها من دول الشمال المتقدم) دول الاطراف (الدول الفقيرة )وماذا كان لتلك الاستراتيجيات التي تبناها صقور العولمة من اثر اقتصادي وسياسي واجتماعي على الدول النامية ،وهل من سبيل للخروج من فخ العولمة وتجنب ،او على الاقل التخفيف من آثارها السيئة في كل مجالات الحياة. الكلمات المفتاحية: عولمة ؛اقتصاد؛مركز ؛ اطراف ؛سياسي ؛اجتماعي. Abstract: This article aims to reveal the genuine targets of the neo – liberals .the protectors of globalization .From the economical globalization and integrating the whole world in this game .And how does the center treat (America and those in its orbit from the northern developed countries ) the parties (underdeveloped poor countries).And what were the economical ,political and social impact of all those strategies adopted by the hawks of globalization on developing countries .Is there a way to get out of the trap and avoid globalization ; or at least minimize its negative effects in all fields Keywords :Globalization; Economy; Center; Edges;Politica;Social.
