أثر الاستثمار في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على الأداء المالي للبنوك التجارية العاملة في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في أثر الاستثمار في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على الأداء المالي لعينة من البنوك التجارية العاملة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2009-2015. بالاعتماد على أحد نماذج السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية قدرنا نموذجي الانحدار المتعدد بين المتغيرات المستقلة والمتغيرين التابعين. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود تأثير معنوي للاستثمار في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على الأداء المالي لتلك البنوك ممثلا بنسبة هامش القيمة المضافة والعائد على الأصول، حيث لايوجد أثر لكل من تطوير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتدريب على زيادة معدل العائد على الأصول ولا على القيمة المضافة، وإنّما قد يكون هناك تأثير للاستثمار في هذه التكنولوجيا مردّه إلى متغيّرات أساسية أخرى تؤثر في سلوك المتغير التابع. Abstract: This study aims to research the effect of investment in information and communication technology on the financial performance of a sample of commercial banks operating in Algeria during the period 2009-2015. Using a cross-sectional time series model, we estimated the multiple regression model between independent and dependent variables. The results of the study found that there was no significant effect of investment in information and communication technology on the financial performance of these banks represented by the margin of value added and return on assets. As there is no impact for both the development of information technology and training on increasing the rate of return on assets or on value added, However, there may be an effect of investment in this technology due to other fundamental variables that affect the behavior of the dependent variable.
