Résumé: This study aims to know the impact of socio-demographic determinants on the practice of sports among women in the southern region of Algeria, based on the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (Mics6) 2019 in Algeria, by presenting and analyzing data on women practicing and not practicing sports activity during the survey in simple tables. It contains two variables, the dependent variable and the translator is practicing and not practicing, and the independent variable that is represented in (age, educational level, center of residence, marital status, number of live births for women, individual status and wealth index).And then test the hypotheses statistically and prove the relationship or influence between the two variables, if any, and identify the socio-demographic factors influencing the practice of sports for women, so a number of results were reached, the most important of which is the impact of the socio-demographic determinants on the exercise of women in the southern Algerian region, and that the levels of sports indicators For women, it is simple compared to the global level, with some discrepancies between the socio-demographic characteristics of women compared to the national level, and with the relatively high index of unmet needs.
