أهمية نشر ثقافة المقاولة وإنعاش الحس المقاولاتي في الجامعة

Résumé: تعتبر المقاولة أحد أهم مصادر تحقيق التنمية للدول، مما أفرز ضرورة الاهتمام بها من الأكاديميين والباحثين بجانب المقاولاتية، فتبنت الدولة الجزائرية استراتيجية مبنية على مجموعة من الحوافز المالية بالإضافة إلى المرافقة، تستهدف فئة الشباب بصفة عامة والجامعيين بصفة خاصة لأنهم مؤهلين لذلك، إلا أن نجاح هذه الاستراتيجية مرهون بنضج الفكر المقاولاتي لدى هذه الشريحة. تهدف هذه الورقة إلى شرح المفاهيم الأساسية المتعلقة بالمقاولاتية كما تهدف إلى التعريف بأحد أحدث الأساليب والتي يمكن إتباعها من أجل ترسيخ ثقافة المقاولاتية، ودفع فئة الشباب نحو ميدان الأعمال. أهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة هو ضرورة التفكير في خلق منظومة متكاملة تعمل على نشر ثقافة المقاولاتية وإنعاش الحس المقاولاتي في المجتمع. Business is considered one of the main sources of development of the countries , which resulted in the need for attention by academics and researchers beside entrepreneurial. So the Algerian state has adopted strategy witch based on setting of financial incentives and accompanying , for young in general and the university in particular, because they are qualified for it , but that the success of this strategy depends on their maturity of entrepreneurial thought at this slide. This paper aims to explain the basic concepts related to entrepreneurship also aims to introduce the latest styles and one that can be followed in order to establish entrepreneurial culture . And push young people toward the field of business . The most important results of this study is the need to think in the creation of an integrated system witch working on spreading of the entrepreneurial culture and revive the entrepreneurial sense in society
