أسباب النّزول وأثرها في الكشف عن المقاصد القرآنية

Résumé: لأسباب النزول مكانة مرموقة في منظومة الأدلّة الشرعية الخادمة للبيان القرآني والكاشفة عن مقاصده الجليلة، ولأجل تحديد موقع أسباب النزول بين مسالك الكشف عن المقاصد القرآنية، جاء هذا البحث لعرض ضوابط سبب النزول حتى يكون مسكا أصليا لا غنى عنه في تجلية المقصد القرآني، وضوابطه حتى يكون مسلكا إضافيا يُستأنس به في تحصيل القصد وتوجيهه، كما يمكن التمثيل لما ذُكر سابقا من الضوابط بالاعتماد على تقسيم العلماء للمقاصد القرآنية ، وذلك من خلال استثمار سبب النزول للكشف عن جملة من المقاصد القرآنية لم تشر إليها الآيات القرآنية مباشرة، وهذا من شأنه إثراء المنظومة المقاصدية القرآنية. :Abstract The reasons of the descent of the holy Quran have a decent position between proofs which furthers the argument for Quranic perspicuity. Scholars of old and new have found themselves in constant disagreement when it comes to these causes significance and exigency. This study attempts to define the position of the reasons of the descent among the interpretational patterns of Quranic purposes. It also seeks to determine the regulatory factors governing these causes, and whether they are primary or secondary; all while heeding the notion of guidance in relation to the subject matter. The study concludes that the causes of revelation are a reliable mean in the discernment of Quranic intent. As for the primary or secondary nature of the causes, it depends on the exigency posed by the perspicuous argument, and the deduction of Quranic ideals; all for the enrichment of the latter’s underlying system.
