Contribution A L’étude Géologique Et Pétrophysique De Réservoir Des Quartzites De Hamra Du Champ De Hassi Guettar Bassin Du Oued M’ya (sud-est Algérien)
Résumé: The various exploration works carried out at the Hamra Quartzites reservoir in the Hassi Guettar field reveal the existence of an exploitable hydrocarbon potential in certain levels. (Cambrian and Ordovician) The Quartzites Reservoir of Hamra of the Ordovician is among the main reservoirs of the basins of Oued M'ya, Amguid Messaoud. Description of cores from certain Hassi Guettar wells as well as petrophisic studies and interpretation of isobath and isopaque maps and histograms of petrophisic parameters It can be said that the Quartzite formation of Hamra, is generally constituted by sandstone-clay is quartz and strong fractured and fissured. Have allowed the demonstration that the petrophysical parameters of this reservoir are generally low, defining a compact reservoir. This is reflected in low values of porosity varying between 5 to 9%, and permeability varying between 0.35md and 7md.
