المنحى التداولي عند الشاطبي السياق أنموذجا

Résumé: يعتبر المقال محاولة تأصيلية للمنحى التداولي في التراث الأصولي، من خلال بحث موقع السياق في تحليلات الشاطبي لقضايا أصول الفقه، التي لها علاقة بالمباحث التداولية، خاصة الخبر والأوامر والنواهي، فيتناول عناصر السياق وأثره في ترتيب الأوامر والنواهي، واعتباره محددا لدرجة الشدة للغرض الإنجازي، وعلاقته بتحديد قصد المتكلم. This paper is a try to rooting the pragmatic orientation in the muslim jurists (usoolis) heritage, through the search of context in Shatibi’s analysis to the issues of Usul al fiqh, which has a relationship with pragmatics searches, especially the complement and do's and don'ts. It deals with the context and impact of the elements in the do's and don'ts, and considers it as a degree of the illocutionary strength. and its relationship to determinate the speakers intention.
