التحول نحو الممارسة الرقمية للقائم بالعلاقات العامة في زمن الواب 2.0 - دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة أوريدوو بعنابة-

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أهمية التحول نحو توظيف تطبيقات الواب 2.0 في ممارسة مهنة العلاقات العامة، للكشف عن أثر هذه التطبيقات على مهارات القائم بالعلاقات العامة بمؤسسة أوريدوو بعنابة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم الاعتماد على أداة المقابلة لجمع البيانات، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيقات الواب 2.0 كان لها الأثر الكبير في إحداث العديد من التغييرات في وظيفة العلاقات العامة ولم تقتصر هذه التأثيرات على طرق تواصلها مع الجمهور فحسب، بل ساعدت بشكل كبير وملفت للانتباه على توسيع دائرة نشاطاتها وفعاليتها لتشمل كافة الممارسات الاتصالية كليا وجزئيا. This study seeks to show the importance of the shift towards employing wap 2.0 applications in the practice of the public relations profession, to reveal the impact of these applications on the skills of the public relations office at the Ooredoo foundation in Annaba, and to achieve the research objectives, the interview tool was relied on to collect data. Wap 2.0 applications had a great impact in bringing about many changes in the function of public relations. These effects were not limited to the ways of communicating with the public only, but also helped significantly and strikingly in expanding the circle of its activities and events to include all communication practices in whole and in part.
