مدى التزام المؤسسات الاقتصادية بمتطلبات العرض والافصاح وفق النظام المحاسبي المالي

Résumé: الملخص: الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو معرفه مدى التزام مؤسسه S.A.K للتجارة العامة لمتطلبات العرض والافصاح وفق ما نص عليه النظام المحاسب المالي اثناء اعدادها وعرضها لقوائمها المالية (قائمه المركز المالي، جدول حسابات النتائج، جدول تدفقات الخزينة، الملاحق)، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم دراسة وتحليل القوائم المالية لمؤسسة S.A.K ومقارنتها مع ما نص عليه النظام المحاسبي المالي. وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان مؤسسة S.A.K للتجارة العامة التزمت بدرجه عالية بتطبيق متطلبات الإفصاح في قائمة المركز المالي وقائمة جدول حسابات النتائج، في حين انها لم تلتزم بالإفصاح عن قائمه جدول تدفقات الخزينة، كما انها التزمت بعرض والإفصاح عن الملاحق ABSRACT: The objective of this study is to find out the extent of the commitment of S.A.K General Trading Establishment to the requirements of presentation and disclosure as stipulated by the financial accounting system during the preparation and presentation of its financial statements (statement of financial position, table of accounts of results, table of treasury flows, appendices), and to achieve the objective of this study, we were studied and analyzed the financial statements of the institution under study and compared with what was stipulated in the financial accounting system. The study found that S.A.K General Trading Establishment was highly committed to applying disclosure requirements in the statement of financial position and the statement of accounts of results, while it did not commit to disclosing the list of treasury flows schedule, and it also committed to the presentation and disclosure of the appendices.
