Résumé: الصراع بين الشعوب والأمم ظاهرة قديمة من منطلق أن الأمم تسكنها الرغبة في التوسع واجتياح أراضي الغير، وهو الوضع الذي ينجر عنه طمس معالم الأمة المغلوبة والدوس على ثقافتها ومقوماتها الروحية، غير أن الواقع المعيش ومن خلال ظاهرة العولمة أفرز معطيات جديدة جعلت من التعايش والعيش المشترك مسألة ملحة وضرورية على اعتبار أن مقياس القوة والتوسع وفرض السيطرة لم يعد عسكريا بل ثقافيا وتكنولوجيا وحضاريا،، ومنه فمن الصدام والصراع أضحى الحوار والتثاقف والتعايش والتواصل السلمي مسألة لا مفر منها The struggle between peoples and nations is an old phenomenon, in that the nations have the desire to expand and invade the lands of others. This is the situation that is the result of obliterating the features of the defeated nation and trampling on its culture and its spiritual elements.
