واقع المشاركة الإقتصاديّة للمرأة في الجزائر

Résumé: شهد المجتمع الجزائري تغيّرات اجتماعيّة واقتصاديّة، أبرزها ظاهرة خروج المرأة للعمل بشكل ملحوظ، فلم يعد عمل المرأة الجزائريّة مسألة عمل فحسب، بل أصبح هدف من أهداف حياتها وخاصّة بعد التخرّج من الجامعة، فإذا كانت نسبة عمل المرأة الجزائريّة ومشاركتها في الحياة العامّة ضئيلة غداة الاستقلال، فإنّ واقعها المهني عرف تطوّرا ملموسا وذلك بزيادة معدّلات مشاركتها الاقتصاديّة وتركّزها في نشاط اقتصادي يتلاءم مع ظروفها وقطاع قانوني ووضعيّة مهنيّة تساعدها على إثبات ذاتها اجتماعيّا واقتصاديّا باختلاف حالتها المدنيّة. The Algerian society has witnessed social and economic changes most notably the phenomenon of women's exit to work significantly, Algerian women's work is not only a matter of work, but a goal of their life especially after graduation, If the percentage of Algerian women's work and participation in public life is small after independence its professional status has been marked by a significant increase in its economic participation and its concentration in economic activity in accordance with its conditions, legal sector and professional status that help it to prove itself socially and economically in accordance with its civil status
