حركة الاستيطان الرّوماني في بلاد المغرب خلال العصر الإمبراطوري الأوّل (27 ق.م- 235م)

Résumé: بدأت عملية الاستيطان الروماني على أنقاض مدينة قرطاجة، بمشروع كايوس قراكوس، الرامي إلى إنشاء "مستوطنة يونونيا قرطاجو"، لكن الاستيطان يأخذ طابعا رسميا مع يوليوس قيصر، ويتوسع بشكل ملفت مع أكتافيوس أغسطس، الذي استغل فترة خلو العرش الموريطاني (33-25 ق.م) في إنشاء ثلاث عشرة مستوطنة، اعتبرت كمراكز أمامية حقيقية، تحضر سكان المنطقة لقبول توطين المزيد من المستوطنين. وقد لجأ خلفاء أغسطس (من الأسرة اليوليو- كلاودية) إلى سياسة تهدف إلى تثبيت مكتسبات سياسة الاستيطان تلك، قبل أن تبلغ الحركة أوجها مع السواريين (193-256م)، وهي الحركة الاستيطانية، التي نحاول ترصدها في هذه المداخلة. Abstract: The Roman settlement process began on the ruins of the city of Carthage, with the project of Caius Gracchus, aiming to establish the "Jononia settlement of Carthage", but the settlement takes on an official character with Julius Caesar, and expands remarkably with Octavius Augustus, who took advantage of the period of the Mauritanian vacancy (33-25 BC). m) in the establishment of thirteen settlements, which were considered as real outposts, preparing the inhabitants of the area to accept the settlement of more settlers. The successors of Augustus (from the Julio-Claudia family) resorted to a policy aimed at consolidating the gains of this settlement policy, before the movement reached its climax with the Sawaris (193-256 AD), which is the settlement movement, which we try to monitor in this intervention.
