طريق الحرير كنافذة اقتصادية لاستقطاب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى إلقاء الضوء على الانضمام إلى مبادرة الحزام والطريق التي تعتبر الرهان على العلاقات الاقتصادية ومستقبل التجارة الدولية، وكذلك تسمح بالاندماج في أكبر خط للتجارة الدولية في العالم الذي يربط مناطق آسيا وإفريقيا وأوروبا، مما يسمح برفع مستوى تحفيز تنافسية الاقتصاد، وتسهيل تدفق الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، وزيادة النمو الاقتصادي، حيث تبنت الدراسة منهج وصفي استقرائي من خلال عرض مشروع الحزام والطريق الصيني، و قد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن البنى التحتية المتأتية من مبادرة الحزام والطريق، قد ساهمت في ارتفاع حجم الاستثمار الأجنبي في الدول المشاركة إلى أرقام هائلة وهو ما يؤكد دور شبكة المواصلات والنقل في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاقتداء بالمشروع الصيني و إطلاق مشروع الطريق المغاربي والعربي وكذلك طريق الوحدة الإفريقية. Abstract : This study aims to shed light on joining the Belt and Road Initiative, which is considered the bet of economic relations and the future of international trade, It also allows integration into the largest international trade line in the world linking the regions of Asia, Africa and Europe, which allows raising the level of stimulating the competitiveness of the economy, and facilitating the flow of investment foreign direct, and increase economic growth. The study adopted a descriptive inductive approach through the presentation of the Chinese Belt and Road, so the study’s results showed that the infrastructure provided from the Belt and Road Initiative, has contributed to the increasing of foreign investment volume inside the participating countries, which confirms the role of the transportation network in attracting foreign investment. The study recommended the necessity of imitating the Chinese project and launching the Maghreb and Arabic road project as well as the path of African unity.
