انعكاسات التنوع الإثني والعرقي على بناء الدولة في إفریقیا

Résumé: الملخص: نسعى من خلال هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على انعكاسات التنوع الإثني والعرقي على يناء الدولة في إفريقيا، خصوصا وأن إفريقيا تضم أطيافاً من الكيانات القبلية والعرقية، تحمل عادات متمايزة وفريدة، ومن أبرز الأجناس التي يضم كلٌّ منها أعداداً كبيرة من الأنواع : الجنس الزنجي، والجنس الأوروبي الكبير، والأجناس المختلطة، وقد أفرز هذا التعدّد القبلي والعرقي تعدّداً اثنيا، وفي هذا الإطار سنعمل على تشريح واقع الأثينيات والعرقيات في إفريقيا مبرزين قوة تأثيرهما على مستوى الولاءات، ثم ننتقل إلى دراسة دور القبيلة في الواقع الاجتماعي والسياسي والأمني في إفريقيا ، ونختم بالتطرق لأزمة الاندماج الوطني والمشاركة السياسية في إفريقيا، وفي الأخير نصل إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات نوردها في الخاتمة. Abstract : Through this article, we seek to shed light on the repercussions of the ethnic and racial diversity on nation-building in Africa, especially since Africa includes spectra of tribal and racial entities, with distinct and unique customs, and among the most prominent races, each of which includes large numbers of species: the Negro race, the European sex The Great and the Mixed Races. This tribal and racial diversity has produced an ethnic diversity. In this context, we will work on dissecting the reality of ethnicities and ethnicities in Africa, highlighting the strength of their influence on the level of loyalties. Then, we will move on to study the role of the tribe in the social, political and security reality in Africa. We conclude by discussing the crisis of national integration and political participation in Africa/ finally we come to a set of observations that we mention it in the conclusion.
