تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية باستخدام مؤشرات تطور النشاط
Résumé: ملخص الدراسة تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان مدى مساهمة نسب ومؤشرات تطور النشاط في تقييم الأداء المالي لديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري حيث تم استغلال مجموعة من المعلومات من القوائم المالية لسنوات من 2018 إلى 2021 وذلك لتحليل الأداء المالي وتطور النشاط لديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من بينها أن ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري لولاية إيليزي يعتمد على التحليل المالي ويركز على النسب المالية ومؤشرات تطور النشاط لقياس وتقييم أدائه المالي كذلك تساهم النسب المالية ومؤشرات تطور النشاط في قياس وتقييم الأداء المالي لديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري OPGI بولاية إيليزي ويستعمل ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري لولاية إليزي نسب تطورات النشاط في أدائه المالي ويركز على نسبة القيمة المضافة وتطور رقم الأعمال. وفي الأخير استنتجنا أيضا أن نسبة تطور رقم الأعمال تساهم بشكل فعال في تقييم الأداء المالي لمؤسسة ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري لولاية إليزي. Abstract The study aims to determine the extent of the contribution of ratios and indicators of activity development in evaluating the financial performance of the Promotion and Real Estate Management Office (Diwan El-Tarqia Wal-Tasmeer Al-Aqari) by utilizing a set of information from the financial statements for the years 2018 to 2021. This is done to analyze the financial performance and activity development of the Promotion and Real Estate Management Office. The study reached the following results, like The Illizi Promotion and Real Estate Management Office relies on financial analysis and focuses on financial ratios and activity development indicators to measure and evaluate its financial performance and Financial ratios and activity development indicators contribute to measuring and evaluating the financial performance of the Illizi Promotion and Real Estate Management Office (OPGI) also The Illizi Promotion and Real Estate Management Office utilizes activity development ratios in its financial performance, with a focus on value-added ratio and business development. • We also concluded that the business development ratio effectively contributes to evaluating the financial performance of the Promotion and Real Estate Management Office in Illizi.
