أدوات القوة الناعمة في السياسة الخارجية الإيرانية في إطار نظرية القوة الحادة

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة تناول القوة الناعمة الإيرانية بعد التغييرات التي طرأت ‏على نظرية ‏القوة الناعمة وظهور نظرية ‏القوة الحادة في العلاقات الدولية، وذلك من خلال بيان مرتكزات القوة الحادة الإيرانية في إطار تناول معايير ‏ومفاهيم ‏‏كل من القوة الناعمة والقوة الحادة، والتغييرات التي طرأت في تطبيقات أدوات القوة الناعمة للدول ذات الأنظمة ‏‏الشمولية.‏ وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن القوة الناعمة الإيرانية في تطبيقاتها الحالية ضمن إستراتيجيتها للهيمنة الإقليمية، لا ‏تسعى إلى جذب الآخرين وكسب العقول والقلوب، بل أنها تخترق المجتمعات المستهدفة، وتتطابق ‏مع معايير ‏نظرية القوة ‏الحادة.‏ This study explores Iranian soft power after the changes that occurred in ‎the theory of soft power and the rise of Sharp power theory in International ‎Relations. The study does that through analyzing the pillars of Iranian sharp ‎power in the context, while trying to address the concepts and criteria of both ‎sharp and soft powers. In addition, it tries to analyze the changes that have ‎occurred in the soft power implementation and practices, in the totalitarian ‎system countries. ‎ The study concluded that the soft power which is currently practice in ‎Iran’s strategy of regional hegemony, does not try to attract others and to win ‎hearts and minds; but to manipulate the targeted societies. That itself matches ‎the criteria of sharp power theory.‎
