Abstract: This study dealt with an important topic about Sheikh Abdul Rahman Shaiban and his efforts in the Daawiyya, a sign and jurisprudence and mufti in the modern era and a verse in piety and asceticism that served his religion and his nation. His scientific status, prestige and life were modest even with the simplest workers at the Muslim Scholars Association, Shiban made a lot of bids, including his activities in the Association of Algerian Zaytounis students and his efforts in the renaissance of the Association of Muslim Scholars and its outstanding impact in its contribution and supervision on a number of publications and school programs in different stages of primary, intermediate and secondary.
