مساهمة الجوانب الوقائية للمسؤولية المدنية في حماية البيئة عن الأضرار الإيكولوجية

Résumé: إن مسألة تكريس حماية قانونية للبيئة أصبح ضرورة حتمية للعالم خاصة مع ارتفاع وتيرة التلوث واختلال التوازن البيئي ،وأمام هذا الوضع تبدو الحاجة الملحة لتقرير مسؤولية الفاعل وإجباره على التعويض من خلال تفعيل آليات للتعويض على حسب خصوصية الضرر الإيكولوجي وطبيعته ومواجهة آثار التلوث في إطار المسؤولية المدنية البيئة وتحديد الأساس القانوني لهذه المسؤولية.
