Résumé: This study aims at addressing the developmental role played by small and medium enterprises in the economic development of any country by contributing to the creation of new job opportunities and the creation of entrepreneurship among individuals in addition to its effective role in economic and social level. Algeria has sought to encourage the SME sector by creating various forms of bodies and bodies to support and this sector such as ANGEM, CNAC, ANSEJ its main priorities are employment reducing unemployment and achieving economic development. The results of the study reached the active role played by the fund national insurance for unemployment and the banks involved in the financing process through a field study conducted at the level of an adverting agency in Medea.
