دور الجمعيات في حماية التراث المادي الجزائري (جمعيات المجتمع المدني انموذجا)

Résumé: يمثل التراث المادي الموروث الحضاري لأيّ أمة قائمة فمن الخطأ أن ينظر المجتمع المدني للتراث المادي على أنَّه أمر لا يعنيه، فهو جزء من هذه الأمة وجب الحفاظ عليه مهما كانت تخصصاته وأهدافه واهتماماته، وحمايته بمختلف الوسائل المتاحة قانونيا، لاسيما أنَّ المشرع الجزائري سن عدة قوانين ومراسيم الحافظة للآثار خاصة وللتراث المادي واللامادي بصفة عامة، ولعل من أهم تلك القوانين نجد القانون 98-04 المتعلق بحماية التراث الثقافي، كما سن القوانين الناظمة للمجتمع المدني ومن أهمها قانون الجمعيات التي هي جزء منه ومن أهمها القانون رقم: 12/06 المتعلق بكيفية إنشاء الجمعيات وإعطائها المزيد من تسهيلات في الإجراءات وتبسيطها؛ Archaeological heritage represents the cultural heritage of any existing nation. It is wrong for civil society to view archaeological heritage as something that does not concern it, as it is part of this nation that must be preserved, whatever its specializations, goals and interests, and protected by various legally available means, especially since the Algerian legislator enacted several laws And decrees for the preservation of antiquities in particular, and for tangible and intangible heritage in general, and perhaps the most important of these laws is Law 98-04 related to the protection of cultural heritage. associations and giving them more facilities and simplification of procedures.
