تأثير التسويق الأخضر على سلوك شراء المستهلك: دراسة مقارنة بين تركيا والجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى كشف مدى إدراك ووعي المستهلكين في كل من الجزائر وتركيا للمشاكل البيئية الناجمة عن قيامهم باستهلاك المنتجات الضرورة بالنسبة للفرد، ومدى ترجمة هذا الوعي في سلوكهم الاستهلاكي، ومن خلال تحليل البيانات بنظام SPSS، والتي تم جمعها عن طريق الاستبانة، خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود فروقات ليست بالكبيرة في مستوى الوعي البيئي والحساسية البيئية وكذلك التعليم البيئي بين المستهلكين في كلا الدولتين، كما كشفت الدراسة عن وجود فرص تسويقية كبيرة في السوق الجزائرية والتي على الرغم من وجود طلب على المنتجات الصديقة للبيئية إلا أن المستهلك يجد صعوبة في الوصول للمنتجات الصديقة للبيئية، والسبب يرجع إما لوجود خلل في التوزيع أو ارتفاع السعر. This study aims to reveal the extent of awareness and awareness by consumers in both Algeria and Turkey of the environmental problems resulting from their consumption of products necessary for the individual, and the extent to which this awareness is translated into their consumption behavior, and through analyzing data with the SPSS system, which was collected by the questionnaire, the study concluded to There are not significant differences in the level of environmental awareness and environmental sensitivity, as well as environmental education among consumers in both countries. The study also revealed that there are great marketing opportunities in the Algerian market, which despite the demand for environmentally friendly products, the consumer finds it difficult to To reach the environmental friendly products, and the reason is due to either a malfunction in the distribution or high price.
