واقع حماية الملكية الفكرية في الإتفاقيات الدولية

Résumé: تناولت هذه الورقة البحثية واقع حماية الملكية الفكرية في الاتفاقيات الدولية المتعلقة بحماية الملكية الفكرية وكذلك المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية ( WIPO) ودورها المهم في دعم حماية الملكية الفكرية في جميع أنحاء العالم عن طريق تعزيز التعاون بين الدول، وتقديم المساعدة من أجل ضمان حماية حقوق المبدعين وأصحاب الملكية الفكرية في جميع أنحاء العلم ومن جانب آخر فان دور المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية مهم في تقديم النصح والخبرة عند مراجعة التشريعات الوطنية،وإتاحة برامج التدريس والتدريب الشاملة على المستوى الوطني والإقليمي للموظفين المسؤولين عن نظام الملكية الفكرية. Abstract: This research paper addressed the reality of intellectual property protection in international conventions on intellectual property protection as well as WIPO and its important role in supporting intellectual property protection around the world through Strengthening cooperation between states and providing assistance to ensure the protection of the rights of Creators and intellectual property owners throughout science, on the other hand, the role of WIPO is important in providing advice and expertise when reviewing national legislation, and providing comprehensive teaching and training programs at the national and regional level to employees responsible for the IP system.
