أثر تخفيض قيمة العملة على الميزان التجاري في الجزائر: دراسة تحليلية قياسية

Résumé: : تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى دراسة و تحليل أثر تطورات تخفيض قيمة العملة على الميزان التجاري في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة 1980-2015،حيث لم تتوافق تطورات تخفيض العملة على الميزان التجاري سواء من جانب الصادرات أو الحد من الواردات نظرا لخصوصية الاقتصاد الجزائري الريعي ،كما حاولنا بناء نموذج قياسي لتوضيح العلاقة واتجاهها خلال المدى الطويل و القصير باستخدام نموذج التكامل المشترك و نموذج تصحيح الخطأ ،وأظهرت نتائج اختبار السببية وجود علاقة في اتجاه واحد من الميزان التجاري الى سعر الصرف ،كما أظهرت نتائج التقدير الى معنوية التأثير الإيجابي في المدى الطويل وعدم وجود علاقة في المدى القصير. Abstract: This paper aims to study and analyze the impact of the devaluation in currency developments on the trade balance in Algeria during the period 1980-2015, where the developments in the devaluation of the currency had no effect on the balance of trade, either by exports or by reducing imports due to the specificity of the Algerian rentier economy. In our empirical study we constructed an empirical model to illustrate the relationship and its direction over both short and long term using co-integration model and the error correction model. Hence, the results shows a one way relationship from trade balance to exchange rates in addition to a significant positive effect in the long term and the absence of a relationship in the short term.
