أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على النمو الاقتصادي في بعض دول Mena خلال الفترة( 2000-2020(

Résumé: هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية لقياس أثر تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات على النمو الاقتصادي باستخدام نماذج السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية (panel) ،وتم قياس الأثر بالاعتماد على نموذج الانحدار التجميعي ،نموذج الانحدار ذات الأثر العشوائي ،نموذج الانحدار ذات الأثر الثابت ،تكونت عينة الدراسة من عشرة بلدان لدول الشرق الأوسط و شمال إفريقيا (دول MENA) للفترة الزمنية من 2000 إلى 2020 ،بينت نتائج الدراسة أن نموذج ذو التأثير الثابت هو النموذج المناسب وهذا استنادا لنتائج اختبار Hausman ،وتبين أن نسبة 25.1 %من التغيرات التي تحدث في النمو الاقتصادي للدول المختارة ترجع لتغيرات كل من اشتراكات النطاق العريض ،الانفتاح التجاري ،الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر ،اشتراكات الهاتف الثابت ،واشتراكات الهاتف النقال ،توصلت الدراسة كذلك لوجود علاقة عكسية معنوية بين اشتراكات النطاق العريض والنمو الاقتصادي عند مستوى 5% ،بينما كان تأثير كل من اشتراكات الهاتف الثابت ،واشتراكات الهاتف النقال إيجابي وغير معنوي ،ويفسر ذلك أن تأثير هذين المتغيرين ضئيل على النمو الاقتصادي مقارنة بالمتغيرات الأخرى ،تبين كذلك وجود أثر سلبي وغير معنوي عند مستوى 5% بين الانفتاح التجاري على النمو الاقتصادي ،ووجود علاقة طرديه ومعنوية عند مستوى 10% لمتغير الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر This research paper aimed to measure the impact of communication and information technology on economic growth using cross-sectional time-series models (panel), and the effect was measured based on the aggregation regression model, the random-effect regression model, the fixed-effect regression model, the study sample consisted of ten countries of the East Middle and North Africa (MENA countries) for the time period from 2004 to 2019, the results of the study showed that the fixed-effect model is the appropriate model, and this is based on the results of the Hausman test, and it was found that 29.02% of the changes that occur in the economic growth of the selected countries are due to changes in both Broadband subscriptions, trade openness, foreign direct investment, fixed phone subscriptions, and mobile phone subscriptions. The study also found a significant inverse relationship between broadband subscriptions and economic growth at the level of 5%, while the impact of both fixed telephone and mobile phone subscriptions was positive. and not significant, and this explains that the effect of these two variables is small on economic growth compared to other variables , It was also found that there is a negative and insignificant effect at the 5% level between trade openness on economic growth, and the existence of a direct and moral relationship at the level of 10% for the foreign direct investment variable
