Résumé: الملخص: نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة أن نسلط الضوء على أساليب عيش الإنسان وسط الأحياء المتخلفة، والمعاناة اليومية من سوء تغذية إلى رداءة المسكن إلى تلوث المحيط... وكيف تؤثر هذه الظروف على صحة الإنسان الفسيولوجية والنفسية .بانتشار أمراض الفقر وسط الأحياء المتخلفة. محاولين تقديم توصيات لعلاج هذه الظاهرة، التي يعيشها الإنسان في الأحياء المتخلفة بمدينة بسكرة. كلمات مفتاحية: الصحة – المرض- الاحياء المتخلفة.... The summery With this study, we try to focus on how person live in poor quarters with daily misery, bad nutrition, bad dwelling, pollution… etc And how these circumstances make bad effects on the physiological and psychological health of persons. We try by this study to give some suggestions to cure this phenomenon which in creased in poor quarters of biskra city.
