Résumé: في هذه الدراسة تم تحضير أغشية أكسيد الزنك (ZnO) النقية والمطعمة بالسترونتيوم بنسبة % (2.0-1) بإستخدام تقنية الانحلال الكيميائي الحراري على قواعد زجاجية تحت درجة حرارة (383°C) تمت دراسة الخواص التركيبية والبصرية لهذه الأغشية فبينت نتائج فحوصات الأشعة السينية (DRX )أن هذه الأغشية متعددة التبلور وذات تركيب سداسي مع إتجاه تفضيلي عند (002). وتضمنت دراسة الخواص البصرية (طيف النفاذية، فجوة الطاقة، معامل الإمتصاص). ووجد أن قيم فجوة الطاقة تتراوح بين eV(2.98-3.25) وأن معدل النفاذية %(95) ضمن منطقة الطيف المرئي . Undoped and Sr-doped ZnO at (0.2-1) %thin films have been prepared by spray pyrolysis technique on glass substrates at 383°C. The structural and optical properties of these films were studied. The results of the structural tests showed that these films are of a polycrystalline hexagonal structure with a preferred orientation in the (002) direction, the optical properties included transmittance, energy gap, absorption coefficient, the energy gap values were found varied from (3.25 to 2.98) eV and the average transmittance was found about (95%) in the visible region.
