دور الأنشطة اللاصفيّة في تنمية بعض الجوانب النفسية والتعليمية والانضباطية لدى طلبة المرحلة الأساسية العليا من وجهة نظر المعلمين في مدارس محافظة رام الله والبيرة الحكومية

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الأنشطة اللاصفيّة في تنمية بعض الجوانب النفسية والتعليمية و الانضباطية لدى طلبة المرحلة الأساسية العليا من وجهة نظر المعلمين في مدارس محافظة رام الله والبيرة الحكومية البالغ عددهم الاجمالي (1400). وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (82) معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية باستخدام جدول الأعداد العشوائية، وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى حصول المحور النفسي، ومحور الانضباط المدرسي، والمحور التعليمي على متوسطات حسابية (4،10)، و (3،83)، و (3،88) على التوالي وبدرجة توافق كبيرة حيث بلغت (3،94). The current study aimed to identify the role of extracurricular activities in developing some psychological, educational and disciplinary aspects among the upper basic stage' students based on teachers' perspectives in Ramallah and Al-Birah governorate public schools whose total number is (1400), the sample of the study consists of (82) teachers (both male and female), who had been actually chosen according to the stratified Random way and by using the Random Numbers Table. This study is based on an analytical-descriptive approach. The findings of this present study concluded that the psychological domain, the school disciplinary domain and the educational domain have the following arithmetic averages (4.10), (3.83), (3.88) respectively with a high significant degree that reached (3.94).
