الإستراتيجية الصناعية الجديدة كآلية لتنمية قطاع الصناعة
Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة إشكالية إستراتيجية الصناعية الجديدة كآلية لتنمية قطاع الصناعة لحالة الجزائر، وكان هدفنا تشخيص واقع الصناعة في الجزائر، من خلال الإستراتيجية الصناعية التي تبنتها الجزائر منذ سنة 2007، واستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال عدة عناصر أساسية، واستنتجنا أن الجزائر اعتمدت على استراتيجية لإنعاش قطاع الصناعة نتيجة ضعف النسيج الصناعي الوطني، والانتقال بالجزائر من مجرد بلد مصدر للمحروقات والمواد الأولية، إلى بلد منتج ومصدر للصناعات التحويلية، كما لاحظنا أن الجزائر بحاجة إلى زيادة العمل من أجل تنمية قطاع الصناعة. This study tackled the problem of the new industrial strategy as a mechanism for the development of the industrial sector for the case of Algeria. Our objective was to diagnose the reality of industry in Algeria through the industrial strategy adopted by Algeria since 2007. We used the descriptive analytical approach through several basic elements. To revitalize the industrial sector as a result of the weakness of the national industrial fabric and to move from Algeria as a source of fuel and raw materials to a productive country and exporter of manufacturing industries. We also noted that Algeria needs to increase work for the development of the industrial sector.
