استراتيجيات الشمول المالي في ظل جائحة كورونا كوفيد-19 تجارب دولية ناجحة" الفيليبين، الهند " أنموذجا

Résumé: الملخص باللغة العربية: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز إستراتيجيات الشمول المالي في ظل جائحة كورونا كوفيد 19 وهذا من خلال التطرق إلى مفهوم الشمول المالي، أهدافه، أبعاده، وكذا مؤشراته، بالإضافة إلى التعريف بجائحة كورونا وتوضيح كيف ساهمت هذه الجائحة في تبني استراتيجيات الشمول المالي، كما تم عرض تجارب كل من دولتي الفلييبن والهند اللذان أثبتتا نجاعتهما في مواجهة الجائحة وتعزيز الشمول المالي. وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هذه الدول نجحت إلى حد ما في مواجهة تداعيات أزمة كورونا واستغلالها في الجانب الايجابي من خلال تسريع تبني استراتيجية الشمول المالي داخلها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الشمول المالي، جائحة كورونا، الفلييبن، الهند، إستراتيجية الشمول المالي. تصنيفات JEL : G22 ,D12 الملخص اللغة الأجنبية: This study aimed to highlight financial inclusion strategies in light of the Corona Covid 19 pandemic, by addressing the concept of financial inclusion, its objectives, dimensions, as well as its indicators, in addition to introducing the Corona pandemic and clarifying how this pandemic contributed to the adoption of financial inclusion strategies. Both the Philippines and India, which have proven their effectiveness in confronting .the pandemic and promoting financial inclusion This study concluded that these countries succeeded to some extent in facing the repercussions of the Corona crisis and exploiting them on .the positive side by accelerating the adoption of the financial inclusion strategy within them .
