Résumé: للنظام المعلوماتي أهمية كبيرة باعتباره تقنية حديثة في عالم تكنولوجيا المعلومات ، إلا أنه غالبا ما يكون مصدر خصب للجرائم التي تقع عليه و بواسطته، و بذلك تعد الجرائم الالكترونية جرائم خطيرة و سريعة و متطورة و في تزايد مستمر تبعا لازدياد استخدام تلك التقنية و هذا ما دفع بالعديد من الدول إلى مواكبة هذا التطور التكنولوجي بوضع النصوص الملائمة لمختلف استعمالات الإعلام الآلي .
