ضوابط العملية الانتخابية وفقا للأحكام المستحدثة بموجب الأمر رقم 21-01 المؤرخ في 10 مارس 2021 المتضمن القانون العضوي المتعلق بنظام الانتخابات

Résumé: في سياق استكمال الإصلاحات السياسية التي وعد بها السيد رئيس الجمهورية من أجل بناء الجزائر الجديدة، وفي إطار التحيين الضروري لمختلف القوانين بما يستجيب للمقتضيات الدستورية الجديدة بعد إصدار دستور نوفمبر 2020 ، جاء القانون العضوي الجديد المتعلق بنظام الانتخابات والصادر بموجب الأمر رقم 21-01 المؤرخ في 10/03/2021 المتضمن القانون العضوي المتعلق بنظام الانتخابات. وتنبثق الأحكام المستحدثة في هذا القانون، من ركيزة أساسية أرساها دستور2020 تتمثل أساسا في تعميق مكتسبات النظام الديمقراطي في القوانين المؤطرة للحياة السياسية. Within the framework of supplementing the political reforms promised by the President of the Republic to build a new Algeria, and as part of the necessary updating of the various laws to meet the new constitutional requirements after the promulgation of the November’s 2020 constitution, the new organic law pertaining to the electoral system promulgated by Ordinance No. 21-01 dated 10/03/2021 on the organic law relating to the electoral system. The new provisions of the hereby law stem from a main pillar established by the 2020 constitution mainly represented in deepening the gains of the democratic system in the laws framing political life.
