تطورات السياسة الخارجية الروسية في فترتي حكم الرئيسين "بوريس يلتسن" و"فلاديمير بوتين": دراسة في التوجهات العامة، الأهداف والأدوات Developments In Russian Foreign Policy During The Reigns Of Presidents Boris Yeltsin And Vladimir Putin: A Study Of General Trends, Objectives And Tools.

Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة تطورات السياسة الخارجية الروسية في فترتي حكم الرئيسين "بوريس يلتسن" و"فلاديمير بوتين"، بهدف إبراز أهم مميزات السياسة الخارجية الروسية وأهم التحولات التي مسّتها في هاتين الفترين، وبعد عميلة الوصف والتحليل والمقارنة، توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتيجة أساسية مفادها أن توجهات السياسة الخارجية الروسية بعد انهيار الاتحاد السوفييتي شهدت تحولات كبيرة خاصة في فترة حكم الرئيس "فلاديمير بوتين" أثرت بالإيجاب على مكانة روسيا في النظام الدولي، عكس ما كان سائداً اثناء فترة حكم الرئيس "بوريس يلتسن". This study dealt with the developments of Russian foreign policy during the two terms of the rule of Presidents "Boris Yeltsin" and "Vladimir Putin", with the aim of highlighting the most important features of Russian foreign policy and the most important changes that affected it during these two periods. The directions of Russian foreign policy after the collapse of the Soviet Union witnessed major changes, especially during the reign of President "Vladimir Putin", which positively affected Russia's position in the international system, unlike what prevailed during the rule of President "Boris Yeltsin".
