تنامي دور الشركات العسكرية والأمنية الخاصة في الدول الفاشلة: دراسة حالة فاغنر في ليبيا

Résumé: أصبحت الساحة الدولية مع ظهور العولمة تخضع للسوق الحرة التي تتوفر على السلع والخدمات أين أصبح الأمن كذلك سلعة تباع وتشترى في سوق القوة الجديد الذي يسيطر عليه صاحب أكبر عطاء، و بعد أن كانت الدولة هي الفاعل المركزي والوحيد الذي له حق امتلاك الجيوش الوطنية ومن هذه الفواعل ما يعرف بـفواعل الجيل الثاني''الشركات العسكرية والأمنية الخاصة'' التي تعمل كشراكات بين القطاعين العام والخاص، يسعى هذا المقال إلى إبراز العلاقة بين والفشل الدولاتي في ليبيا و تنامي دور مجموعة فاغنر الروسية التي ساهمت في تأزم الوضع الأمني و عرقلت الحل السياسي. ليتم الوصول إلى أن ليبيا اليوم التي تعيش نوعا من التفكك والتجزؤ هذا ما ساهم في تنامي دور الشركات العسكرية والأمنية الخاصة التي أصبحت تخوض ما يعرف بالحرب الخاصة في ليبيا. the international arena with the advent of globalization has become subject to the free market that is available on goods and services, where security has also become a commodity bought and sold in the new market of power controlled by the largest bidder, and after the state was the central and only actor who has the right to own armies Among these actors are the so-called second-generation actors “private military and security companies” This article seeks to highlight the relationship between the state failure in Libya and the growing role of the Russian Wagner Group, which contributed to the worsening security situation and obstructed the political solution. He concluded that Libya today is experiencing a kind of disintegration and fragmentation, which has contributed to the growing role of private military and security companies that are waging what is known as the private war in Libya.
