دور الاقتصاد التضامني في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني دراسة حالة جمعية سنابل الخير -مغنية-

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالاقتصاد التضامني الذي يعتبر من البدائل الحديثة المطروحة لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية فلم يعد بمقدرة أية دولة متقدمة أو نامية أن تضطلع بكل المهام التنموية في المجتمع ،فهو يعزز القيم والمبادئ التي تركز على احتياجات الناس ومجتمعاتهم ويسعى في جو من المشاركة الطوعية والمساعدة الذاتية إلى تحقيق التوازن الاقتصادي والعدالة الاجتماعية انطلاقا من المستوى المحلي إلى المستوى العالمي، ومن هنا يأتي دور الجمعيات الخيرية والمجتمع المدني كأداتين تنمويتين تعدان علاجا لما تعانيه المجتمعات الإنسانية من اختلال في توزيع الثروة والدخل. وقد تناولت الدراسة الميدانية دور جمعية سنابل الخير في دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية وذلك من خلال تحليل البيانات الإحصائية حيث توصلت النتائج إلى أن الاقتصاد التضامني في الجزائر لم ينجح بما فيه الكفاية في خلق مناصب الشغل وعدم القدرة على تقليص الفوارق الاجتماعية ،ومن خلال هذا التقديم يمكن طرح الإشكالية التالية : ما هو دور الاقتصاد التضامني في تخفيف العبء على الاقتصاد الوطني ؟ Summary : This study aims to introduce the solidarity economy, which is one of the modern alternatives offered to achieve economic and social development, no longer the ability of any developed or developing country to carry out all the developmental tasks in society, it promotes values and principles that focus on the needs of people and their communities and seeks in an atmosphere of voluntary participation and self-help to achieve economic balance and social justice from the local level to the global level, hence the role of charities and civil society as development tools are a remedy for the suffering of human societies. The field study addressed the role of Sanabel Al Khair association in advancing economic development through the analysis of statistical data, where the results found that the solidarity economy in Algeria did not succeed enough in creating jobs and the inability to reduce social disparities, and through this introduction can raise the following problem: What is the role of the solidarity economy in alleviating the burden on the national economy?
