Résumé: يهدف البحث إلي التعرف على التكتيك الدفاعي رجل لرجل وتكتيك دفاع المنطقة والتكتيك الدفاعي المختلط وفاعلية كل منهما في استرجاع الكرة ولقد تطرقنا إلي دراسة تحليل التكتيك الدفاعي للمنتخب الوطني في كاس إفريقيا 2019 وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي علي عينة مقصودة والمتمثلة في 7 مباريات للمنتخب الوطني و لجمع البيانات تم استخدام بطاقة ملاحظة مقننة، و أظهرت النتائج أن التكتيك الدفاعي المختلط أكثر فاعلية في استرجاع الكرة و أن جميع الأنواع الدفاعية تؤثر على نتيجة المنافسة إما سلبيا أو إيجابيا. In order to answer these questions : what is man to man defense, zone defense and mixed defense tactics and are they efficient in getting the ball back ?We made a study on the defense tactic of the nation team in africa cup 2019 and we used the illustrated analyse program on a selected sample that consists of 7 matches and we used an observastion chart to collect data, which showed that mixed defense tactics was more efficient in getting the ball back and that all defense tactics can affect the outcome of the match in a good or à bad way
