Résumé: ملخص: تلخيص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الالتزام الرياضي في تنمية بعض المهارات الحياتية متمثلة في المهارات النفسية ومهارة التفكير والاكتشاف عند الناشئين وذلك حسب متغير نوع الرياضة (الرياضات الجماعية، الرياضات الفردية) وحسب متغير العمر التدريبي(عدد سنوات الممارسة الرياضية). ولغرض تحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي المقارن ، وقد شملت العينة 244 رياضي لبعض ولايات الغرب الجزائري . وانطلاقا من تحليل النتائج المتحصل عليها توصل الباحثون إلى أن للالتزام الرياضي دور إيجابي في تنمية أبعاد المهارات الحياتية المستهدفة في الدراسة لدى الناشئين الرياضيين، ويساهم في ذلك عامل الخبرة الرياضية . Abstract: This study aimed to identify the role of athletic commitment in developing some life skills represented in psychological skills and the skill of thinking and discovery among young people, according to the type of sport variable (team sports and individual sports) and according to the training age variable (the number of years of sports practice). For the purpose of achieving the study objectives, we used the approach. Descriptive comparative survey method, the sample included 244 athletes from some western Algerian states. Based on the analysis of the results obtained, the two researchers concluded that sports commitment has a positive role in developing some life skills for young people, and the experience factor in this contributes to this.
