أثر التحكم المؤسسي المصرفي على الرقابة المصرفية في البنوك التجارية الاردنية
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التحكم المؤسسي المصرفي على الرقابة المصرفية في البنوك التجارية الاردنية. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة، قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة محكمة تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة. وبتحليل إجابات الاستبانات المستردة والمعتمدة لغايات التحليل الإحصائي، تم التوصل إلى عدد من النتائج تدور في فلك أهمية التحكم المؤسسي المصرفي وضرورة الإمتثال لمتطلبات الرقابة المصرفية، إضافة إلى القناعة التامة بأهمية التغلب على معوقات وتحديات العمل المصرفي. This study aims to determine the impact of institutional control banking on banking supervision in the Jordanian commercial banks. To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher designed a questionnaire was distributed to the Court of the study sample. An analysis of the answers to questionnaires recovered and approved for the purposes of statistical analysis, reached a number of conclusions orbiting the importance of banking and institutional control and the need to comply with the requirements of banking supervision, in addition to the firm conviction of the importance of overcoming obstacles and challenges of the banking business.
