القيم الأسرية الحديثة وانعكاساتها على صحة الأم والطفل بالجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة التحولات العميقة في القيم الأسرية الحديثة بالجزائر، وانعكاساتها على صحة الأم والطفل، من خلال مقاربة سوسيولوجية تستكشف التغيرات البنيوية في الأسرة الجزائرية. فتهدف إلى تحليل كيفية تأثير التغيرات الثقافية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية على الأدوار الأسرية، ومدى انعكاسها على أنماط الرعاية الصحية والدعم الاجتماعي للأمهات والأطفال، مع التركيز على العوامل المؤدية إلى إعادة تشكيل العلاقات الأسرية وأنماط التنشئة. وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن التحولات في القيم الأسرية أفرزت تأثيرات متباينة، حيث ساهمت في تعزيز الوعي الصحي وتحسين فرص حصول الأمهات على الرعاية الطبية، لكنها في المقابل أدت إلى تصاعد الضغوط النفسية والاجتماعية بفعل تراجع أنماط التكافل الأسري التقليدي. وهو ما أكد بدوره على أهمية تطوير سياسات اجتماعية متكاملة تعزز التكيف الإيجابي مع هذه التحولات، وتسهم في تحقيق توازن بين متطلبات الحداثة والحفاظ على مقومات الاستقرار الأسري، بما يضمن بيئة داعمة لصحة الأم والطفل في سياق التغيرات الراهنة. Abstract: This study examines the profound transformations in modern family values in Algeria and their impact on maternal and child health. It uses a sociological approach that explores structural changes within the Algerian family. It aims to analyze how cultural, economic, and social changes impact family roles and the extent to which they impact patterns of healthcare and social support for mothers and children, focusing on the factors leading to the reshaping of family relationships and parenting patterns. The study's findings revealed that transformations in family values have had mixed effects. While they have contributed to enhancing health awareness and improving mothers' access to medical care, they have also led to increased psychological and social pressures due to the decline in traditional family solidarity patterns. This, in turn, underscores the importance of developing integrated social policies that promote positive adaptation to these transformations and contribute to achieving a balance between the demands of modernity and preserving the foundations of family stability, ensuring a supportive environment for maternal and child health in the context of current changes.
