انعكاسات نظم المعلومات الإدارية الشاملة (crm) و(erp) على تطبيق أساليب المحاسبة الإدارية الحديثة

Résumé: هدهدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة انعكاسات نظم المعلومات الإدارية الشاملة على تطبيق أساليب المحاسبة الإدارية الحديثة، والتي ظهرت لربط تكنولوجيا المعلومات بالمحاسبة الإدارية الحديثة، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الاستنباطي بآداتيه الوصف والتحليل، وذلك بغرض معرفة درة هذه النظم في دعم أستايب المحاسبة الإدارية الحديثة. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المحاسبة تستجيب لكل تغيرات البيئة المحيطة بها، الأمر الذي عجل من ظهور المحاسبة الإدارية الحديثة، كما توصلت الدراسة أن نظم المعلومات الإدارية الشاملى أضحى لها دور كبير في خفض التكاليف وسرعة تقديم المعلومات لاتخاذ القرارات، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة توعية المؤسسات الجزائرية بمزايا استخدام نظم المعلومات الإدارية الشاملة والتي من بين امتيازاتها جمع وتوفير المعلومات من والى موردي وعملاء المؤسسة وشركائها. The study aimed to know the implications of comprehensive management information systems on the application of modern management accounting methods, which appeared to link information technology with modern management accounting, as the study relied on the deductive approach with its tools of description and analysis, in order to know the role of these systems in support of modern management accounting. The study concluded that accounting responds to all changes in the surrounding environment, which hastened the emergence of modern management accounting, and the study also found that comprehensive management information systems have played a major role in reducing costs and speeding up the provision of information for decision-making. The use of comprehensive management information systems, which among its privileges are the collection and provision of information to and from the organization's suppliers, customers and partners.
