Résumé: ملخص : يعد ضعف التحصيل المالي للبلديات الجزائرية من بين المشاكل التي باتت تعرقل مسار التنمية المحلية، ويرجع ذلك بالأساس إلى غياب مصادر جديدة للتمويل المحلي نظرا لمحدودية الموارد المالية التقليدية التي لا تكاد تغطي الحد الأدنى من ضروريات الخدمات المحلية، لذا أصبحت البلدية الآن أمام تحدي حقيقي في البحث عن مصادر تمويلية بديلة، باعتبار أن التحصيل الجيد والمتنوع للموارد المالية من أساسيات تحديد الأهداف ورسم السياسات وتجسيدها. الكلمات المفتاحية : التنمية المحلية- التمويل المحلي- اللامركزية الإدارية- مصادر التمويل المحلي .
