التوافق النفسي و الصحة النفسية: دراسة نظرية تحليلية

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة النظرية التحليلية إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهومين مركزيين في علم النفس هما : الصحة النفسية و التوافق النفسي، و تحديد أبجديات كل مفهوم على حدى تحديدا دقيقا يسمح بكشف العلاقة بينهما، لا ننكر أن كل مفهوم قد نال نصيبه من البحث و الدراسة من قبل المتخصصين إلا أن هناك تداخل نلمسه أثناء محاولة تحديد العلاقة بينهما فكثيرا ما تعرف الصحة النفسية بأنها قدرة الفرد على التوافق النفسي السليم و من جهة أخرى يعرف التوافق النفسي بمدى تحقيق الفرد للصحة النفسية، لكن هذا لا يعني أن كل من التوافق النفسي و الصحة النفسية وجهان لعملة واحدة و عليه تأتي الدراسة الحالية لتستعرض حدود كل مفهوم و توضح نقاط الاشتراك في دراسة كل من التوافق النفسي و الصحة و النفسية و في سبيل ذلك وجب الإشارة إلى مفهوم مستحدث في علم النفس و هو جودة الصحة النفسية التي من خلالها يمكن تحديد موقع كل من الصحة النفسية و التوافق النفسي ، فهي تؤمن رؤية متكاملة لكلا المفهومين. الكلمات المفتاحية : التوافق النفسي ،الصحة النفسية ، جودة الصحة النفسية . ABSTRACT This theoretical and analytical study aims to shed light on two central concepts in psychology: mental health and psychological compatibility, and to accurately define the ABCs of each concept separately allowing to reveal the Relationship between them. We do not deny that each concept may He received his share of research and study by specialists, that there is an overlap that we touch while trying to determine the relationship between them. Mental health is often defined as the individual’s ability to have a sound psychological compatibility. On the other hand psychological compatibility is known by the extent to which an individual achieves mental health, but this does not mean that all compatibility Mental health is two sides of the same coin, and accordingly the current study reviews the boundaries of each concept and clarifies the points of participation in the study of both psychological compatibility, health and psychological well-being. Determining the location of both mental health and psychological compatibility, as it provides an integrated view of both of them .
