الانتقال من فكرة مشروع إلى نية إنشاء مؤسسة، دراسة حالة:طلبة جامعة تلمسان

Résumé: يهدف هذه المقال إلي معرفة دور امتلاك الطلبة لفكرة مشروع ،والتي تمثل تصور إنشاء مؤسسة من خلال اكتشاف فرصة موجودة في السوق ، وتأثيرها على نواياهم المقاولاتية باعتبارها الإرادة التي توجههم نحو عملية إنشاء مؤسسة،نظريا تم الارتكاز على نماذج النية المستمدة من علم النفس الاجتماعي،على غرار نموذج Tounés(2003)،تم تحليل البيانات المجمعة من 84 استبيان، بإتباع مرحلتين،التحليل الاستكشافي والانحدار الخطي البسيط ،بالاعتماد على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعيةSpss V22،أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن وجود فكرة وتصور لمشروع لدى الطلبة يعتبر عنصر مهم في سيرورة الانتقال إلى نية إنشاء مؤسسة في مستقبلهم المهني. This article aims at knowing the role of students' ownership of a project idea, which represents the conception of establishing an institution through the discovery of an existing opportunity in the market, and its impact on their entrepreneurial intentions as the will that guides them towards the process of establishing an institution. In theory, it was based on intent models derived from social psychology, similar to Tounés model (2003), the data collected from 84 questionnaires were analyzed, following two stages, exploratory analysis and simple linear regression, depending on the program of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences Spss V22, the results of the study showed that the presence of an idea and concept of a project for students is an important element in the process of transition to intend Establishing an institution in their professional future life.
