الاحتراق النفسي للأستاذ الجامعي وعلاقته بجودة أداءه التدريسي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مُستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى أساتذة الجامعة وعلاقته بجودة أدائهم التدريسي من خلال دراسة على عينة قوامها (128) أستاذا جامعيا بكل من المركز الجامعي بتيبازة، جامعتي البليدة2 والجزائر2. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، قام الباحث باستخدام مقياسي الاحتراق النفسي لماسلاش وجودة الأداء التدريسي للأستاذ الجامعي لبن عمرة العامرية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية بين بُعدي (الإنهاك العاطفي، تبلُد المشاعر) وجودة الأداء التدريسي للأستاذ الجامعي، ووُجود علاقة مُوجبة بين بُعد نُقص الشُعور بالإنجاز وجودة الأداء التدريسي للأستاذ الجامعي، مع إيجاد مُستوى مُرتفع للاحتراق النفسي ومُستوى مُتوسط لجودة الأداء التدريسي للأستاذ الجامعي. The current study aimed to determine the level of psychological burnout among university professors and its quality of their teaching performance. Through a study a sample of (128) university professors at the university center in Tipaza, Blida University2, and university of Algiers 2. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used Maslach’s psychological burnout scales, and the quality of the teaching performance of university professor ben Amra Al Amriya. The study concluded that there is an inverse relationship between the two dimensions (emotional exhaustion and dullness of feelings) with the quality of the university professor’s teaching performance.In addition, there a positive relationship between the dimension of accomplishment and the quality of the university professor’s teaching performance, with a high level of psychological burnout and a moderate level of the quality of university professors teaching performance
