الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية من منظور مقاربة مركب الأمن الإقليمي

Résumé: ملخص: يستهدف هذا المقال تقديم تفسيرات وتحليلات للحرب الروسية الأوكرانية من منظور مركب الأمن الإقليمي، خاصة وأنه يقدم منحى غير تقليدي لفهم المعضلة الأمنية العالمية، ولان الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية تقع ضمن المجال المعرفي والجغرافي للمدخل الإقليمي فإن تفسيرها يكون من خلال منظور مركب الأمن الإقليمي حتى نصل إلى نتائج موثوقة وذات مصداقية. وعليه فإن بحث هذه الإشكالية سيوصلنا إلى أن دراسة الظواهر في العلاقات الدولية التي تقع في نطاق جغرافي محدد ينبغي أن يكون ضمن المدخل الإقليمي، وأن الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية كانت ناتجة عن الاختلافات حول تصور الجهات الإقليمية الفاعلة في محيط كلا الدولتين، إضافة إلى الاختلافات التاريخية والاجتماعية والإستراتيجية المتداخلة بينهما بحكم التقارب الجغرافي والتضاد الجيواستراتيجي. Abstract: This article aims to provide interpretations and analyzes of the Russian-Ukrainian war from the perspective of the regional security complex, especially as it presents an unconventional approach to understanding the global security dilemma. Therefore, examining this problem will lead us to the conclusion that the study of phenomena in international relations that fall within a specific geographical scope should be within the regional approach, and that the Russian-Ukrainian war was the result of differences over the perception of regional actors in the vicinity of both countries, in addition to historical, social and strategic differences. overlapping between them by virtue of geographical proximity and geostrategic opposition.
