مساهمة المقاولاتية في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2011- 2021)

Résumé: ملخص: مما لاشك فيه أن التوجه نحو النشاط المقاولاتي أصبح ضرورة ملحة خاصة بعد التغيرات الجديدة التي شهدتها الجزائر، حيث تسعى لدعم المقاولة بتبني استراتيجيات للنهوض باقتصادها وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، حيث نسعى في هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة كآلية لدعم المقاولاتية في الجزائر بعرض مساهمتها في الجانب الاقتصادي والاجتماعي خلال الفترة (2011- 2021)، و لتحقيق ذلك قمنا بدراسة وصفية تحليلية للنشريات الإحصائية الخاصة بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الصادرة عن وزارة الصناعة والمناجم خلال فترة الدراسة، وقد أظهرت النتائج أهمية مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية الخاصة في التشغيل، والقيمة المضافة، إلا أن مساهمتها في الصادرات مازالت ضئيلة جدا. Abstract: There is no doubt that the trend towards entrepreneurial activity has become an vital necessity, mainly after the new changes that Algeria has witnessed, as it seeks to support entrepreneurship by adopting strategies to advance its economy and achieve economic and social development. We seek in this study to shed light on small and medium enterprises as a mechanism to support entrepreneurship in Algeria by presenting their contribution to the economic and social aspect during the period of (2011-2021). To achieve this, we conducted a descriptive and analytical study of the statistical publications of small and medium enterprises issued by the Ministry of Industry and Mines during the study period. The results showed the importance of the contribution of private Algerian small and medium enterprises in employment and added value, however, its contribution to exports is still very small.
