Résumé: This is an original jurisprudential study that includes an explanation of some of the rules of sales from the distinctions of al-Qurafi in the order of al-Baquri in an inductive way to what was stated in the Maliki school of thought about these rules and the issues that fall under them, and we may expand to other schools if necessary, and we have reached through research and scrutiny to a set of results and recommendations we have presented. At the end of the research, which indicates the greatness of the Book of Sales and its danger in Islamic jurisprudence.
