Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أنواع العقوبات المطبقة في القانون الدولي الجنائي و ذلك من خلال المحاكم المؤقتة و المحكمة الدولية الجنائية الدائمة، لما للعقوبة من أهمية بالنسبة للجرائم الدولية التي تعتبر من أشد الجرائم خطورة، قصد محاكمة و معاقبة مرتكبيها، ولمعرفة التطور و النقص الذي يشوب تطبيقاتها قصد تفعيل العدالة الدولية الجنائية. The penal system in international criminal law Summary This study aims to know the types of sanctions applied in international criminal law through temporary tribunals and the international criminal court due to the importance of the sanction or punishment for international crimes that are considered the most dangerous, in order to pursue and punish its perpetrators and to know the evolution and the lack which mar its applications with a view to activating international criminal justice
