المواطنة عند مالك بن نبي - مقاربة اجتماعية

Résumé: تعتبر المواطنة من بين المفاهيم المركزية لبناء أية حضارة، إذ لا يمكن اختزالها في الجانب السياسي أو القانوني فقط- كما ذهب بعض المفكرين- بل لابد من ردها إلى سياقها الثقافي والحضاري. وإذا كانت المواطنة عموماً هي صفة المواطن الذي يتمتع بالحقوق ويلتزم بالواجبات التي يفرضها عليه انتماؤه إلى الوطن، وبالتالي مشاركة الفرد في تسيير شؤون الدولة. فإن المواطنة عند مالك بن نبي ليست مجرد معادلة بين الحق والواجب، بل هي أكثر من ذلك، إنها مسألة تتعلق بالقيام بالواجب أكثر من المطالبة بالحقوق. وهذا ما نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى ابرازه، أي مفهوم المواطنة ودورها في بناء مجتمع متحضر عند مالك بن نبي. Citizenship is considered as the central concepts for building any civilization, as it cannot be reduced either to the political or legal aspect and- as some thinkers thought - but must be returned to its cultural and civilized context.And if citizenship in general is the quality of a citizen who enjoys rights and abides by the duties imposed on him by his belonging to the homeland, and thus the individual’s participation in the conduct of state affairs. Citizenship according to Malik Bennabi is not just an equation between right and duty, but rather more than that, it is a matter of doing duty more than demanding rights.This is what we seek through this intervention to highlight.Any concept of citizenship and its role in building a civilized society according to Malik Bennabi.
